Problem Note 53941: Nonmissing statistics in OUT= data set for observations with missing CLASS predictor values in PROC COUNTREG
If the CLASS statement is specified in PROC COUNTREG and an observation has a missing value in one of the CLASS variables, then the variables created by the OUTPUT statement for the requested statistics are nonmissing. All requested statistics for such observations should be missing.
There is no circumvention for this problem.
